Infinto · For organisations
Training spend gets reported as completions. Completions tell you nothing about whether anyone can catch a confident error before it reaches a customer. Run Infinto's audit across a function and you get a coverage map instead.
Every person's band rolls up into a view of the function: which capabilities are broadly held, which sit with one or two people, and which nobody has. The second category is the one that ends careers and quarters — it looks like coverage right up until that person is on leave.
The map is re-run each quarter, so you can see whether training changed anything. Most of the time the first re-run is the uncomfortable one.
What it surfaces
Not a redundancy list. It's where to move work upward before the decision is made for you, and which people have the nearest adjacent compounding skill to develop.
The capability that shows as present because one person has it. Evaluation design at 21% in the sample above usually means three people, one of whom is leaving.
Findings come with the underlying task data, so the conclusions can be argued with. We'd rather be challenged on the evidence than believed on the summary.
Engagement
| Format | What happens | Scale |
|---|---|---|
| Function audit | Task logs across one function, scored and mapped. Findings workshop with the function lead. No training commitment — several clients stop here and act on the map themselves. | 1 function 3 weeks |
| Cohort | Audit, then a shared track with people from the same function working on real internal problems. Artifacts stay with you. Practitioner grading throughout. | 12–25 people 7 weeks |
| Standing programme | Quarterly re-audit, rolling cohorts, and a capability view that tracks whether the spend moved anything. Reported in coverage, not completions. | Function or BU Ongoing |
Singapore employers frequently ask whether this can be funded through national schemes, and whether the artifacts carry recognised credit. Both depend on programme accreditation status — ask us directly and we'll tell you exactly what is and isn't in place today rather than pointing at a logo.
Next step
Tell us which team and what you're worried about. We'll say whether the audit would actually tell you something you don't already know.
